Every plastic toothbrush still exists today! This shocking fact was what started me on my plastic free journey as I made my first plastic free swap. These Bamboo Toothbrushes with plant based bristles not only look better in your bathroom but are helping reduce the waste caused by plastic toothbrushes. 
Although the bristles aren't completely plastic free, they are currently working hard to create a completely plastic free toothbrush. As there aren't currently any 100% plastic free toothbrushes out there, this is a great sustainable option to completely plastic brush. I like to keep my old brushes and use for cleaning around the house. Alternatively, snap the head off and put the head in your normal bin and compost the handle.
