A hairbrush is another one of those items where you don't realise its plastic. Although it's not single use plastic it eventually needs to be replaced. They say you should replace your hairbrush every 1-2 years although my last hairbrush I kept for around 5 years as I didn't want to throw it out. This could potentially mean over 70 hair brushes are going to landfill in our lifetime. I love this plastic free hair brush because it is sustainably made. It is a compostable hair brush too which is great because it is made of completely natural materials. (although this may take a long time to compost in a home compost bin)
